Notice of 2nd mount in business

Any one else get this

Anyone else geHello Direct Closers Members!

Our second month after our launch was very exciting! First of all, our database more than tripled in size. This is important because as we approach title companies asking them to switch away from their signing services and replace them with our software platform they need to know that they can find at least somebody in every nook and rural cranny of our country. Without this confidence they are more likely to be hesitant to make the transition and as we all know the more title companies exclusively using our platform, the more calls you all will get!

Will you work for $50? Are thry going to replace the cafe site?

Where did you see $50 payment? I am signed up with them and would not have done so for that pittance. I highly doubt they will replace coffee site, but they may end up being a decent competitor. Only time will tell.

They use coffe site data base and program

Package's are huge 175-220 pages each. Sure hope they don't offer 50 bucks now. First time I ever did one last month when I opened the package thought I hope I'm busy when they call..lol

Direct Closers doesn't decide the packages

Packages will vary based on the title co/bank, many title co's are sending through Direct Closers now.

I did not pay to join the database, and I listed my fees, and got a job via there which met my fees without hesitation.

What are they paying?
I think I saw these fees in last month's letter.

Their Certifications

The 45$ is to become "Notary Direct Trained" ($20) and "Notary Direct Certified" ($25). I am not sure what this additional "qualification" will get me except brownie points on their site. They have no presence in the market.

Re: Their Certifications

Check their website. They want you the be certicied by them and carry $1,000,000 in E&O.
So what are they paying?
Do you need to pay them to join?

Where did you see those requirements?

I don't see it anywhere on the website - or is it sent to you when you register?

$1,000,000 E&O?

Direct Closers is not a signing service

It's the title companies that buy into their database software system. They are trying to eliminate the need for a signing service so the title company will call the notary direct.

I am curious about the certification as it is a 150 question exam. I have a feeling it has more to do with being an actual title company closer than it does with being a signing agent.

I will ask Emma Johnson about this. She is the contact person for Direct Closers.
