Use it for what? How? Can you explain further?

Flex signing is toting Page Separator as software that will separate legal from letter sign documents if you do not have dual trays.

oh, when you google the term it is a bit different.
I have dual tray printer so I don't worry about that. Don't you have dual tray?

That's because they are selling it!
No joke... I did a bit of looking. The guy who is selling the software also owns Flex Closing.
Seriously? Not cool.
Aside from the fact that having a dual tray printer solves this entirely...(I mean, why buy $40-$60 software when you can buy the right tool to start with?) the website for the software seems a bit off. Nowhere does it really say who they are or where they are located... and their domain name is proxied.
When you're selling something, especially software.... you really need to give a little more information to instill confidence. The only form of contact is through a web form and it only works on Windows computers. Alarm bells go off when I see that kind of thing.
There is a reference to "Page Separator, Inc." though, in the privacy policy and I found a corporate filing in California... but the address given is for a Fedex:
Entity Name: PAGE SEPARATOR, INC. Entity Number: C3417700 Date Filed: 10/17/2011 Status: ACTIVE Jurisdiction: CALIFORNIA Entity Address: 13700 ALTON PARKWAY, STE 154-150 Entity City, State, Zip: IRVINE CA 92618 Agent for Service of Process: TAIT STENSRUD Agent Address: 13700 ALTON PARKWAY, STE 154-150 Agent City, State, Zip: IRVINE CA 92618
Tait Stensrud is the CEO of Flex Closing... Of course they're going to tell notaries to buy their own product. Somehow, I'm surprised about this coming from them.

Wow, this is the company that pays only 80 dollars for a 200x2 loan package with faxbacks, and they want you to fax and send the documents the very same day, what a joke this company is in my opinion.

IMO if a signing service or even a title company
is going to require that we use specific software to download and handle the docs they ought to provide a free download on their website..other doc providers are free downloads (elynx, docmagic, swiftview, etc) -

IMO if they are "requiring" you to use it, they need to
provide it for free and not "require" you to purchase software. I wouldn't do business with a co. that was trying to play me that way.
