Wow! I've never been paid so soon after signing! Did a signing with purchasers of a foreclosed property (land olny) in Alabama, on Monday afternoon. Docs left town that night. My check arrived in the mail on Saturday! Good on ya, VP Title!

First one I did for them was 30 days. After that its been about 2 weeks. No problem. The one's I've done are JB Nutter loans which are a little different concerning borrowers escrow and payments.

Think about it for a minute: Everytime you post a positive about a title company, the smart signing companies (trust me they lurk or have different employees become notrot members) may come in. Don't do their marketing for them.

That's a really bright approach

You've just eliminated every positive rating of a title company from Signing Central, thereby undermining much of its usefulness.
