Precision Signing

Anyone work with them out of Orlando? Thoughts or comments?

I don't see them listed anywhere - are they in Orlando? Or are you in Orlando? Not enough info here. Phone?

It's a signing company in Orlando Florida, phone number and exact info would not be necessary if you have worked with them before. Phone number should not matter.

I want to know from someone who HAS knowledge of them.

If the company was listed, I might not have asked.

Wow..that's gratitude for you...

Ever consider that the fact that they don't show up ANYWHERE is a hint? Or maybe you have the wrong company name?? I did a google on Precision Signing - nothing...taking it a step further...there IS a title company in Orlando called PTS - Precision Title Services.

Brunswick: Most posters here try to be helpful.

If we ask for additional information, it's as a reference point. Some companies have names very similar to other companies. A city & state or phone number may differentiate them from the others. For example, there's Precision Closing Services in Apex, North Carolina.

Exactly....there are 5 "Precision" somethings listed in

SC...and the thought did occur - to me at least - that one of those companies could have someone in Orlando scheduling on their Orlando cell phone.

Just a thought.

Good thought ... however, address is Orlando Florida and Phone number is Orlando Florida. Definitely Orlando FL.

With the portability of numbers these days, that means

nothing anymore. We have many area codes here in Orlando.

Anyway, I won't even bother to divulge how that phone number may locate something for you with the snotty attitude I received - you are on your own. I also won't bother to wish you any kind of luck and/or in the future will not attempt to be of any use. Don't be caught in a desert near me looking for water either.

Re: Brunswick: Most posters here try to be helpful.

I understand what you are saying, however, I put the company, city and state. - Precision Signing Service, Orlando Florida. Not Apex NC, not Precision Title in Orlando Florida.

You either know or you don't know... there really isn't an inbetween. If someone has had a negative experience, you would know exactly who they were.

I don't help people with bad attitude, unless I am getting paid(example doing a signing). But if you come here and ask some thing at least be a little bit nice. This is just my opinion. OR maybe I am reading it wrong?

You're not reading it wrong. He's writing it wrong.

Let this poster pull his own oar. He doesn't need assistance from anyone as oblivious as the posters on this forum

I agree. Nothing like biting the hand that feeds you... He's lucky that someone as kind as Yoli invariable is, responded with an explanation.

And in case the point still hasn't gotten across, it's customary - and just plain good manners - to be considerate of others from whom you are asking for some help. You inadvertently (I'm assuming) stepped on the toes of someone who could have potentially given you a great deal of help. One bridge burned -

(I usually try to be nicer than this myself, but I've been under the weather and feeling grumpy, so you're getting what I really think tonight!)

I decided to give the benefit of the doubt ... until and if proven wrong. If that is the case, I will take it from there.

Re: Precision Signing Agency - Orlando, Fl

I have two jobs for them tomorrow. I never worked with them before. I asked if they are connected with Precision Signing Agency in NJ and was told "no." I asked if they had a website and was told "not set up yet". Very blunt answers, nothing more. I was also informed they pay net 30. I do not like doing any jobs for someone that has no ratings, no website, doesn't ask for papers, i.e. w-9, etc. Any thoughts?

Sometimes we just get out of our comfort zone and take a chance. They are not me, so I am not advocating that you do so. I am wondering why they didn't want to give you more info....if you want to PM me what you have, I will sleuth about and see what I come up with, but not on the forum.

Perhaps Brunswick will chime in - I think they did the job and should be able to assist. Oh, wait, I think they are a flash in the pan.

Re: Precision Signing Agency - Orlando, Fl

This is a following up to my post re giving benefit of doubt to "Precision Signing Agency" in Orlando, Florida although no website, ratings, etc. Mr. Aurelio Ortiz is the owner of Precision Signing Service in Orlando, Fl - he is not connected with other companies called this in other states (i.e. NJ). He left a previous company to start his own business which is why his website wasn't ready yet. He had a bit of a rough start but is on track now and paid me in full for the few jobs I did for him (all within 1-2 wks). It was 30 days late ... but bottom line he came through with a sincere apology. Nice man.
