Simplified Closing Instructions ????

I just did one for a T.C. I don't work with often.

In the docs they had, Simplified Closing Instructions.

On the bottom of the first page of the Simplified Closing Instructions ????

It said, page 1 of 11. ( 11 pages of Simplified Closing Instructions ???? )

What a joke....

When notary instructions become long, cumbersome and sometimes repetitive, I just highlight or circle what is important, and those that I already know I leave as printed. There are many companies that detail things to such a degree as to end up being confusing. You can still sort out what they want or require. I have offered to rewrite instructions for a few companies but they go back to saying, its mostly for those who are new at this.

Still, I believe much could be condensed without losing important points in the context of it all.

lol...I thought that was referring to closing ins. from

BOA. From 30 to 11 would be pretty amazing, wouldn't you agree?
