Site check solutions
I looked through this forum and could find nothing on this company. I got a call from Site check solutions offering to sign me up for thier program of exterior onsite inspections. The pay is 35 each, all is exterior only, eval sheet and some pics. Anyone else ever had this offer? Is it legitimate, is it worth it? Thanks in advance.

I do alot of these from other companies. I love doing them. Easy $30. Take about 5-8 pics and fill out a yes/no questionaire. I get paid within 30 days. I only handle ones within my county.

Thanks. This, I assume, is something not necessarily in the notary capacity, right? So really anyone could do theses?

yes has nothing to do with notary work. You are a field rep providing inspection or verification services to insurance or credit companies. Most companies will train you on what to do and how to do things. I had one company tell me they will tell me how to winterize a property. Request for lock changes as well. I do mostly business verifications and debt recovery/field chase (or drop off letters to people in debt who the company is trying to contact)

I would like to do lots of winterizations .... I think I could do that so easily. LOL Seriously, probably get ready for hurricanes.

Love Site Check Solutions. Fee's negotiable as some
assignments are more involved than others, like inspecting/photo-ing/reporting a busy highway Shell Station with 12 new gas pumps.
Excellent communications, convenient pic/docs online reporting, fast pay.
Bars/restaurants/camera shops/, well, all local businesses are fun, [gas stations are technical, drive-bys with quick pics are easy peasy; and even when the lender-client's inquiry/documentation's wrong, as in the loan was satisfied a long time prior;] and they very professionally secure payments from their clients for full payments to us.
Ask questions, calculate time for fulfillment of assignment, do good work, and it's another income streamlet.

Re: Love Site Check Solutions. Fee's negotiable as some
Thanks so much everybody. I will give her a call back tomorrow and tell her she can sign me up for the team. My Droid or IPad either one should do fine for pics. Sounds like it could be fun, and I always like the idea of a new income stream. Mom and Dad have both always told me, "Limiting your service means limiting your income."
I did get an email a gew days ago from OnSource. They were talking about inspections, but they required me to buy their 500 dollar funky looking camera. Thought it was kind of odd so I looked for reviews of the company. Looks like that company has their hand in every pie except the baked ones. At least thirty sites that claimed to be OnSource but all doing different stuff.
Have a great evening folks!
