Closed two loans for them April 10 and 11th. In the past I received payment upon funding (less then 2 weeks out) This time I had to make phone calls and emails regarding payment and received a check for both May 18. I initally refused to take their work due to complaints in here (and SC) but the owner called me and assured me I would be paid. No one told me they changed their payment terms other then upon funding. I had a rule if I have to chase invoices I'm done. I don't have the time or patience.
