Accountable Agents

Is anyone having trouble reaching them? I accepted a closing for tonight at 7PM and I don't have the docs yet and I called phone number but every time I call someone picks up and hangs the phone up? I called two times to make sure I had the correct number -I also emailed them with no response. I never had this problem with them before...

I just did a closing in Sept. for them. They pay on the 10th of the following month. And I just got my check today from them. I would work for them again.
