I just e-mailed all my outstanding September invoices, and she is the only one who has not replied. Oh no, now I will have to deal with this a little more agressively. Thanks for posting.

Every response has gone out in regards to invoices that are stated not paid, we do not have any that are 2 month old. I find it funny that we got a call today from an outraged notary stating that we did not pay, we trouble shot this to find out that she had been paid and miss placed her record of it. So prior to bad mouthing a company ( Free speech is understood ) you should call and speak to someone and then work it out with them. You do not see SS or Lenders on here blasting notaries for being late to closings, No shows, not signing a deed properly or anything else that would not be appropriate.
So if you have any issues please contact the office and we will trouble shoot this with you.
Thank you

ANS: You state " ... any issues please contact the office and we will trouble shoot this with you."
OP posted "I got the old the check was mailed 3 weeks ago bit, albeit I was sending her emails 3 wks. ago & it took her 3 wks to respond."
Seems to me, OP did attempt contact with you prior to posting negatively about ANS. And, if it takes ANS 3 weeks to respond to an email, how long does it take you to troubleshoot an issue?
Just wondering.

Thank you Yolonda for replying to this forum and advocating for notaries that have worked for this company. We will be dealing directly with the notary that has an issue.
Thank you

You are absolutely correct, ANS. I don't have an issue with you nor have I worked with you.
However, this is a public forum. The OP posted her/his experience with your company on this public forum. You chose to respond publicly in this forum. Therefore, you can expect public comments.
Had you chosen to communicate directly and in private with the affected notary, my query would not have arisen. And, it's duly noted you also chose to not address my question.
Have a nice day.

Wanted to mention my experience with this signing company. I did a job for them 9/17, called 10/18 about payment, was told check was being processed per Amanda.. 10/26, no check, called Amanda and was told rudely that she didn't have time to answer my inquiry, I would need to email about the payment. 10/27, emailed inquiry about when I would receive payment. No response. 10/31 received call from ANS requesting my services to do a signing to which I responded that I had not received payment for my last job with them. She checked with someone and I was told check would be processed 11/05. I did not accept assignment stating to her that I felt I was getting the run around. I will post on here when I get paid, I hope I do get paid. But I also do not like to beg for payment for a job I did for them or they would not have been paid. Not professional and should not be necessary. I hope I can post on here that they did finally pay me. I did inquire about this company when I accepted this job in Sept and ANS came on and said they would look into why they weren't on here or something like that, don't remember all the details - can probably do a search for it. I guess I don't understand how companies that treat notaries so rudely and then don't pay them, how can they get anyone to work for them? Why don't they just pay in a timely fashion and be professional and kind when discussing the situation? Do they keep changing their name and that works for awhile? My bad for working for someone that wasn't on NR, won't happen again.

Message #434554 was posted 9/15/12. I find it odd that
Notary Rotary has not resolved this. Hmmm, could it possibly be that the issue is ANS? Perhaps they need to "try" again? If so, will they?

Been reading everything and have decided to contact the loan officer if I am not paid for this by next week since I was told check would be sent 11/05. I will give Amanda the benefit of the doubt and if she doesn't come through, then I will act accordingly. I will keep NR posted. Thanks for everyones' input.

I did a signing for you on September 11, 2012 and one thing is for sure my company has not misplaced a check, we have emailed you numerous of times and called. In fact 2 weeks ago you spoke with my AR dept and told the rep you would get back to her and she still havent heard from you. I personnally emailed you a copy of the invoice a month ago and you did not respond. I also sent you two emails this week and you did not respond. However I am going to cut this post you put on here to call your office so when my AR Dept call you tomorrow Im hoping this matter is resolved. You know Amanda I have done plenty of closing for you when you worked for Doc Pros and I thought you were a good person please pay me for the closing I did for you. Also please note my office accept credit cards!
Other notaries I am a accountant and deal with various businesses on a daily basis I personally will never accept another signing from this company and I have also discussed with the 13 notaries who we over see in our county so Good luck with during bad business in West Michigan again.
When I get a check I will come back and post until them Im speaking facts. I have a invoice 54 days outstanding.

As a business I think what needs to be understood is that we are processing payments for 500-1000 notaries a month, on here you are hearing from the ones that are taking our 30-45 business day policy to the minimal and hoping a check pops in their mailbox on the final business day. Unfortunately it is not that easy to do, we here are doing everything possible to make this better for all. We are in the process of in housing all payments instead of out sourcing to an accounting firm, all we need is a little patience while this transition is happening and to ease your fears of not being paid we have paid all of September payments, Our owner paid them all herself.
Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience that this has caused any of you and know that we want to have all of you work for us and have integrity in the business that we are running as a Signing service.
If you have any other concerns please give us a call and we will help get to the bottom of any issue.
Thank you

Your owner is telling you a bold faced lie as I have not been paid and I think it is quite funny how you get on this forum and respond to post but do not respond to emails and phone calls.... I did a closing on 9/11/2012 so we have definitely passed the 45 days at least according to the calendar that I utilize. You reference a check popping in the mailbox: you expected the documents to be faxed (which they were), popped into Fedex immediately (which they were), all signatures signed (they were also) all documents notarized properly (oh they were as well so) So yes I expect to be paid timely.
IF I WAS YOU OTHER NOTARIES DO NOT ACCEPT WORK FROM THIS COMPANY AS I AM A SEPTEMBER NOTARY AND I HAVE NOT BEEN PAID, I HAVE NOT DEPOSITED THE CHECK ACCIDENTALLY, AND I WOULD NOT TELL A LIE ON ANY ORGANIZATION. IF YOU LOOK AT MY REVIEWS FOR OTHER SIGNING SERVICES I ALWAYS LEAVE GREAT FEEDBACK. I JUST RECENTLY EMAILED THEM ON LAST MONDAY, LAST THURSDAY, THIS WEEK MONDAY AND GUESS WHAT I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED A EMAIL RESPONSE BUT THEY HAD TIME TO JUMP ON NOTARY ROTARY.
DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU GET PAID UPFRONT IF NOT YOU WILL BE SORRY.

I am rescinding my comments after I did my post Amanda emailed me she had no idea I wasnt paid and was under the impression that her staff were paying the September notaries. She has hired new staff. I also would like to say after emailing with Amanda she was very sincere and I appreciated it. I did receive my check today as she promised.
I'd like to point out once she was aware of the problem she acted immediately and I appreciate that. Going forward I know to contact Amanda directly.
