Another Cluster Farmer Closing

get call late friday for closing mon. at 9am, sure, will you have docs, who knows.
confirm with bo, he is aware of timeline and says he's flexible.
tc calls me on sat. and says they don't have any docs and bank is not returning their calls. i tell them bo and i are flexible.
bank calls me about half hour ago thinking i am the tc. she says she emailed the docs to the email addy she was told to on friday, ya right. i tell her i am notary not tc to call them as they said they didn't have them and will need to prepare hud, etc.
again, who is on first and how did a processor get my phone #.

Things are getting stranger and stranger in this industry. I had a closing scheduled for last Wed. I don't get docs til after an 1.5hr appointment was set and after I emailed them to say I was no longer available because I didn't have docs yet, etc. Then I get another email 2hrs later saying sorry the closing was cancelled...I'm like WTH is going on. I feel like I've been in the twilight zone lately with these companies.

this one is now rescheduled to wed.
of a possible 5 that could have gone today, i see one actually doing so.
i truly think there are not enough people to do the work or they are totally unorganized.
at one tc i do biz with, i see people that did one function, now wearing many hats.
