Any updated news on ASAP Pro Notary in Texas

Lisa assured me they hired a full time accounting person so there are no longer any problems. Also told me someone would give me a "reassurance" call. That was yesterday. What happened? Signing is tomorrow....

Borrower hasn't received HUD. Will probably be delayed as he needs funds to close. Will need to wire or get cashier's check. He's a nice guy.

So let's see what we may possibly be looking at here. The nice guy gets his loan. The SS will get their money. The banks gets to make a loan, the TC makes their money and I could possible be doing Volunteer work. Hmmm.

ASAP in Texas is good, only the policy of 60 days for payment.

I just turned one down due to comments here and in SC. People in Orlando area are talking about s-l-o-w pay and I just don't like to chase my money.....dilutes the profit.
