Attention Va Notaries: US Notary LLC in Melville NY

Has recent ratings of slow pay/no pay, chasing payments.

I was sent an email today for a reverse closing in Herndon, Va for $125. Carl called me saying he pays in 30days and that no one is chasing payments from them. So he is on the hunt for a VA notary today.

Sidenote: $125 is low for a RM.

Thanks, I got an email from him, I didn't respond, I don't think I've ever responded to any email request. I'm going to be emailing the companies that keep doing this to take me off their list. It's like last call at the bar, who's going to take you home desperation.
