Wow, hard to believe. They are owned by Fidelity National Title and affiliated companies.

I received an email saying there was a mailing delay at the end of last month. Still received payment at about 14 days. It was a non-issue.

Got the same email, but my check did come within 2 days. They said their postage machine was giving them problems, thus the delay. As I said, no problem, check came and we're good to go.

Received my check as well. I've never had a problem with Bancserv.

Bancserv is ok but NEVER EVER agree to a fee change, or to do something out of your way to help them over the phone with anyone there OR at JerseyCoastTitle company. It was Christmas Eve 2012 and they literally BEGGED me to do this closing for them. I tried to contact Bancserv but got no answer. I presume THEY were home spending Christmas with their family. I told them I could NOT do it, because it was a holiday and my internet was down and I had no way to print. Jennifer at Title Co. said they would pay whatever it cost me out of pocket to print docs at Kinkos because my internet was down. I did, It cost me $63.70 .49Cents per page to print ONE set of Docs, Then the customer doesn't speak english well, but I closed it. Then Bancserv Paid me and shorted me the 63.70 and when I called a woman named Nayeli VERY nastily told me that they did not care what the title company offered me to get this done they weren't paying it and I had better not contact the lady at the title company that begged me and promised to pay me. Just a warning out there to get it in writing and that if a problem ever does arise, These Bancserv People are complete Jerks! Also BancServ is bad about not getting docs to you on time , and last minute cancellations or reschedules and not assigning it back to same notary that has already had contact with customer.
