Beware wary of taking signings from Integrated Title Inc.

700 N. Brand Blvd. Suite 840, Glendale, CA 91203

Where to begin? This is a new company that seems to have been formed solely for the purpose of handling short sales and REOs for their bank owner. The mortgage broker that asked us to cover their purchase closing we have known for about 20 years and she know what she is going. She told me they have a great marketing staff that went out and secured a lot of business from other banks, but they do not have the internal infrastructure or staffing to handle the volume they managed to bring in.

The broker told me this is the worst escrow office and the most disorganized one she has ever seen. We got the contact information for the escrow officer and our emails have gone unanswered for a third day now. They signing was supposed to happen yesterday, but no docs, no communication and not responses from the escrow officer.

The lender sent the docs to them yesterday and Integrated would not even confirm receipt of the docs from the bank.

How are you supposed to close a transaction when the escrow officer is seemingly asleep at her computer?

If we cannot even get responses about docs, the signing and closing we are now clearly concerned whether we will be paid for this signing.

Forewarned is forearmed.
