All you CA experts out there, do you know what are the laws regarding non-borrowing person on title for the State of CA?

Can you be more specific? That's a pretty broad subject...

...that no one is going to have the time or inclination to address completely. What's the issue you're concerned about?

Some, but not all, lenders, like BofA, have the non-borrowing spouse who is vested only, execute a form for "non-borrowing spouse" to sign.

Not sure what your inquiry is...may not be law, but rather lenders policy.
