Two questions: What is the fee notaries in Colorado are allowed to charge by law? and What does the notary application fee have to do with nonprofits?

This has nothing to do with what we are allowed to charge

SOS allows us to $5.00 per notarization. Our commission renewal is dropping from $10 renewal fee to $1.00.
