East Coasters update

Seems TCs are waiting on new appraisals to get the ball rolling again. Title Source started back making appointments for next week. It should snowball with the back log.

It's been happening here, too. Loans pushed back a

week or so for new appraisals. You might want to be careful about the use of the word "snowball". I believe some is headed your way. ;-) LOL

have 7 inches on the ground already, lost power twice but came back quick. heat is blasting now in case the power goes out again. Winds have not hit yet and High Tide should be around 11pm. Feel so bad for people in shelters that lost everything.
