FIDELITY NATIONAL TITLE

Documents have been sent to us by Fidelity National Title. We cannot open their documents. When I called they said I have to make up a user name and password and I will be prompted to do this. I can't open and read anything on their email.
Has anyone had this problem and how do you resolve it?
