I finally got the MortgageDocs email!

Wow do I feel special! I finally received the infamous MortageDocs email. Received at 4PM for a 6PM appointment - offering $65 for the closing! They urged me to respond immediately to let them know if I was available. Um, no, I was busy doing a $150 closing. How can these people stay in business offering such low fees? They cannot be getting quality notaries.

They posted messages on linkedin.com today in notary groups that they are in need of signing agents in multiple areas of the country. No doubt they will find more victims to prey upon and keep things going for a while longer.

WOW! $65.00? Notaries work for this? Are they absolutely crazy? Unbelievable is all that I have to say. They must not think think much of themselves or their work.

Reply with your fee.

I reply with my fee and the following "do not call if you are going to try to lower my requested fee" Surprised how many closings I get this way.

Please don't tell me I should not even respond to lowballers. Work is work and if I'm available, they pay my requested fee and they pay on time, I will work for them.
