Insured Closings

I just talked to Sue, the owner of Insured Closing. I told her about all the complaints from notaries on Signing Central. She denied all of the complaints. I told her, there can't be that many complaints against her if it wasn't true. Some of the complaints has to be true. She denied that she had a bounce check. Somehow, I don't believe her.

The next time you talk to her.....tell her that Peggy Taylor is still waiting for her check. LOL

I'm ahead of you. I already did. She denies everything.

OMG.....you've got to be kidding me. It doesn't surprise me in the least though. Look at all those negative remarks over in Signing Central......she's probably denying all those too.

#1 is make sure the loans you closed recorded and, therefore, funded. Get a copy of the recorded security instrument.

Draft written demand for payment, including late fees, to Insured Closings with drop dead date,; get small claims writ from your small claims court and draft the complaint out naming them AND title as defendants. Include costs of collection, including late fees, interest, and costs of suit in your complaint.

Send letter to Insured with copy of complaint, which will be filed if not paid by XX date.

Send copy to title company.

Send copy to state regulatory agency for title company with letter to regulatory agency asking them to look into it.

15-20 minutes, maybe 30, and you'll get far better results than all the posting here. I would take it to the highest level I could. In 6 years I've had one company not pay me - she went out of business.

Should say I have no dealing with Insured...thankfully I'm thinking. Sad that Liberty is so defensive of a non-paying contractor...allegiance possibly?

Insured Closings owes me over $350. I've called, and emailed numerous times. Same old runaround. Apology...check in the mail. One invoice dates back to May.

Never again will I take a closing from this company. I will also be turning them into the credit bureau. Anything else we can do...let me know.

I did signing back in Aug. No joy. No pay. Don't work for them unless you operate
a charity.
