LSI new norm?

is the new norm to call and say we need a closing done asap and the docs are ready now. i know it's probably the banks fault but still. i have showed up at 4 with last minute docs and the bo's went off on me that i was supposed to be there at 2 (i did not know that) and they were eating dinner. so no one gets to the poor bos about delays. i showed up at another and bos were no where to be found. i know stuff happens but when it becomes the norm...... don't want to do em.

I am SURE that what happened is docs were late, original notary got jacked around and turned the job back, then the closing got reassigned to you. By then the docs were finally ready and borrowers were never contacted to inform of the delay.

I no longer accept last minute closings from LSI for this very reason - been there done that.

Re: I too declined

I wish I knew what some of the abbreviations on this forum mean like n/m

Re: I too declined

n/m = "no message" - meaning what you see in the subject line is all there is to that poster's message

Thanks. So that is automatically inserted there so you don't actually have to click on it.
