Mobile Signing in California run by David Baca

Had a signing for this company in August of 2012 and it's November and still no payment. Also did two other signings for him and no payments on those either. Oldest one is the August one. Made many calls, got a lot of promises, but no checks. Notaries beware!!

There are 3 or 4 companies with that name in California listed in SC. None of them are "Stellar". Can you be more specific please?
