They are great. I work direct with them sometimes and other times they contract out to Ocean Pacific (Gina and James), which is fine also. No problems either way. I will say that they are big pkgs. I have one today that is 166 pages.

Great to work with IMO.

Checks always come with a different name though, and they don't reference the invoice number, so sometimes it's a little weird to match up payments. I think the checks come from "Mother Lode Holding Co." or something like that.

Premier Closings are very professional to work with. I have done the reverse applications with them, and then in about a month or so you go back to the borrowers' home and do the actual mortgage signing. They pay $xxx for each appointment and in about 30 days....good people to work with. Good luck.

Premier Lenders does this also.

I have not received both app and signing from Premier Reverse. (Which, when you come down to it, doesn't make a difference. Just curious though)

Uh......I guess not.....my bad. I just went to Signing Central and looked it up. I do my closings for Premier Lender Services out of Irvine, California. I stand corrected.
