Premiere Notary Service out of FL?

Anyone ever heard of these guys? I'm in CA. Just got offered 2 signings for tomorrow for $75 each. Looked them up on the company listings here but they were not listed. Anyone have any experience or feedback about them? Thanks

Yes I have worked with them for several months now. Closings coming in left and right and pay has been great and right on time!! Great company and great opportunity to work with them. Whenever I call with any questions I get responses right away.

Several signings in one day in the same county. Trust me. Money is being made. This is a good business relationship.

Thanks for the feedback guys. After speaking with them, everything sounds legit, and I was even able to get a bump in pay.

Premier Notary is a very good service to work for. I will continue to take all I can get from them. Knowledgable, fair fees, doc's on time/early, hard working for NSA'S.

$75 fee--are you kidding guys? Are things that bad in

FL that you have to accept such low fees?

I'm with you....look for a kickup in Federal and State income taxes, see if you want to keep doing this piddly fee work for $75 (and less by some).

Cost of gas, rising paper and toner fees. $75 doesn't make sense, plus the cost of living on the California Central Coast. Even $100 is pushing it.

Re: $75 fee--are you kidding guys? Are things that bad in

I also asked that "are you kidding?" question just yesterday when I saw these fees posted by a No. VA signing agent:

Loan Packages:
(includes trip charge if in Northern Virginia)
♦ Residential Mortgage Refinance – $60
♦ Full Document Loan Signing – $75
♦ Loan Modification – $75
♦ Reverse Mortgage – $75

This came straight off of his website. There is another gentleman in my immediate neighborhood who is doing the same thing. It's obvious they are doing volume; so SSs are probably calling them left & right. But they can have that (and don't want them in my network). I'd rather go back to originating loans than putting all that mileage on my car!

BTW, a "refi" vs "full doc loan signing" . . . what's up with that?

OMG!!! Those are insane fees. No worries, they won't be

in business very long. ;-)

IMO anyone who considers $75 a fair fee has never had

the opportunity to work for a company that respects what we do and treats us (and pays us) accordingly.

"several signings in same county" - volume does not necessarily equal profit...in fact, volume at a low enough fee, therefore lower profit margin, could equal loss in the long run when all factors are considered that go into a signing - and I'd bet *ALL* (and I MEAN *all*) factors are not being considered here.

So sad.

I can only agree. In Maryland we have our continuing education, license, bond, E&O. And all that you memtioned. Gas, insurance, paper, printer, toner. I am in business to make a profit. You can't convince me at the end of the year you are in the green. Anyway,,, good luck

If those are edoc refinance signings, I would say not a great company if they are paying only 75. Just my opinion, 75 barely covers expenses and taxes.

And Kendall - also consider this

If you don't work at all: You won't have to pay any state or federal income tax. You won't use any paper or gasoline. You probably can get welfare and food stamps. It's a thought.

Obviously, this is not to be take seriously. There are already enough people in the country doing this. However, one would hope that those accepting $75 fees for quantity signings have determined it is in their best interest and they ARE making money. End of story. WE don't get to make this decision for them. ENOUGH already.

Re: And Kendall - also consider this

What's amazing to me is that the median income for the top 3 counties here - Loudoun, Fairfax & Arlington - is over $100k. Either these guys in my area are just doing this as their "paper route" for some rainy day/movie $$$ OR they are crushing out tons of trees/forest with the qty of printing they must have to do to make anywhere NEAR the avg annual income (unless they're trying to convince their wealthy "better halves" that they're good businessmen Smile
