I received email said pay $90 I said ok. i send 3-4 e-mail please send me your company's physical address. No response, Jay send docs. I ask him again he said will give me address ask him send me e-mail. He said keep refreshing I already send Was all lying. He transfer to Deborah she was so rude said you should go to closing and hang up on me. I call again went to voice mail no one answer. She said we are 5 star. ????

They have a lot of 1 & 2 star ratings since June 2012

If they refuse to send you a physical address after you've requested it, then you have a decision to make as to whether you will move forward with the closing. In any case, don't let them bully you.

They met my fee of $125 last December and paid me as agreed. I guess that since I won't accept the lower fees that they seem to now be offering ($80-$90) that may be the reason I haven't received another request from them since last December.

Personally, I would have to think hard about accepting signing requests from them based on the ratings since June '12. Looks like a bad trend line, imo.

If it were me that they hung up on, I would have returned the signing request and moved on. That's one benefit of working for ourselves; we get to pick the signing requests and companies that we want to work for.
