HI Notary Family I have a question regarding this Escrow Company. Have any of you worked for them before and if so, how are they regarding paying in a reasonable time? I just finished up with (2) initial disclosure small packets. No notarization involved, just the potential borrower signing a few pages and picking up all their financial income information for final approval including copies of their ID. I usually don't accept assignments without checking their status first due to so many non-paying companies out there. I work too hard not to get compensated. Took a chance with this one, both were within 2 miles from my home, not much paper work to handle, and the fee was acceptable for the assignment.

I did a few jobs for them, and had to send a email payment reminder.
