I think this is bit over the top. I am way down the list for calls and putting out funds to meet this requirement is not something I can justify.
Nothing wrong with the request but it should be a co-op investment by Service Link with a small deduction from each closing until cost is met and we should not be responcible for the entire cost.

We should not have to purchase any program in order to work with some entity. Period.
Frankly, I think the whole concept wasn't thought thru at all by ServiceLink.

I thought that it was only $139 as well but, that is just for the upgrade. You have to buy the full version at $300. I rarely have to fax or email things back to them. I can not justify spending that much money to buy the program. I also can't justify paying for a phone line to fax things back. They keep wanting us to spend money but, sure don't want to pay for our hard work.
