Trinity Document Solutions - any history with them?

I didn't find them in Signing Central.

They are there...4.5 stars
I have worked with them in the past, but nothing lately.
They were a good company to work with when I did work with them.
They got a little low in fees, back in the early part of the recession.
Not sure what they are now, but they have a high rating in SC.

Hi - thanks for asking about us! We love our notaries and hope our notaries love us back. We want to know if you don't so we can fix it! Smile

Mistarella, we haven't changed our fees since we started the company. We work with our notaries to meet the fees that they expect in their part of the country, as well as what our client is asking of you, and what type of signing we are requesting of you. I don't think we've ever been accused of "low fees" so perhaps you have us mixed up with another company? Please feel free to PM me with more details because we strive to make sure we can never be accused of "low balling". We appreciate the work you do and want to be sure you are fairly compensated.

Re: Trinity Document Solutions

Your reviews seem to suggest that, yes indeed, your organization is one that actually recognizes (and pays) for a NSA that strives for excellence in service.

Payment very prompt at the agreed rate and their office is very good to work with. Take all you can get from them.
