Super easy package. Typically around 97 pages, printed on letter size paper, only a few notarizations. Super simple.

oh good-its just the waiting game thats frustrating for this one then...docs arent ready due to revision....which I HOPE borrowers will be aware but we know how that goes....have a great Friday evening everyone!

I don't seem them often, but the few I've had were EASY.
