Update on the closing from hell posted on 11/8

T/C apologized, thanked me for sticking with the closing and offered to pay 2 1/2 times my normal fee. It still was not worth it. But
I am most grateful , exhausted, but grateful.

Yay! That's great news. Glad they showed that they

valued your efforts. I agree - sometimes a closing ends up not being worth it at any fee.
