Won't name company but.....

get confirmation, it says FL property so 2 witnesses, i call to confirm, woman is downstate NY not the address on the confirm (upstate, NY), has no idea what the address we are closing at is. it's a reverse, she said she signed last week in CA? does not know why she has to sign again, no one has contacted her. she says property is not in fl. who the heck is on first. i'm dizzy.

Well, FL doesn't need 2 witnesses except on deeds. Perhaps she is dizzy?

that even though fl doesn't need witnesses except for those 2 counties, some banks are insisting that i get, jeesh

I hate those don't contact signings. It's like they think we are going to cause them to change their mind? I know they do this for certain reasons but, sure makes you feel insecure.
