another e-mail offering lowball prices

I recieved an e-mail offer from e- notaries for a refinance for 70.00 sent as a e-doc
also requiring fax backs. they also want me to provide three companies I have worked for in the last 90 days.Back ground screening. Has anyone else recieved any offers from them?

Not me, thank goodness! However, I'd e-mail them back, asking for 3 references from notaries that have worked for them during the past 90 days.

I received an email from them @ 7:17 pm yesterday

They had a closing in Davenport, FL (about 35 miles from me) and needed someone immediately.

The offer was the usual $70 incl. edocs and faxbacks.

I wonder if they got it covered? Probably not for the original fee they offered.

Ridiculous! :-( It's the lowballers in this industry that

send those cowardly email cattle-calls. Obviously, they're not even paying schedulers. No one in their right mind should consider working for those fees.

Where do you personally draw the fee line at what is a lowball offer and is reasonable. I'm just curious.

Oh, Sho...I give them

Lender's First Choice, Mercury and couple of others that have gone out of business that I have worked for.....technically, can I help it if they went out of business, bankrupt, etc? They are, after all, my references.

A few more references for them ...

Speedy Closings, Ringoes, NJ
Sign on the X (SOX), Aliso Viejo, CA
Pacific Document Services, Brentwood, CA

I've been blessed to only have done business (once) with one of the above AND managed to get paid (after chasing for a while).

That's not an offer, that's an insult! Put em in spam so their emails don't intrude in the future.
