I found sams club now has GP legal paper 8 reams to a carton for $38 with tax. This seems to be the best price I have found.

Sam's Club is where I've found the best prices for legal paper in my area - $19.97 per 1/2 case of GP multipurpose.

Which reminds me ... gotta go pick up my order today!
