servicelink accounting contact info
Does anyone have any contact info for servicelinks acct/billing dept. I have the general 800# but can never get anyone to answer the phone. Just received a check where my fee was short on all 3 closings on the invoice. They also always send my check w/my name misspelled. I have left numerous mssgs re: this & it has never gotten fixed. Hoping someone might have an actual persons name & # I could have to resolve this. TIA

There are many ways to get what you deserve from them and what you have earned. After contacting them, if you do not get a satisfactory and rapid response tell them you plan to go elsewhere to get satisfaction.
Servicelink is a wholly owned subsidiary of Fidelity National Title Company. Fidelity HATES negative publicity. You can start by filing some scathing remarks in their feedback area: http://pro23.sgizmo.com/survey.php?SURVEY=BDPO7O730M989FDYWFZ8L62KR9W2C4-60276-192626921&pswsgt=1273507365&sg_r=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.servicelinkfnf.com%2Fpage%2FaboutServiceLink%2FaboutServiceLink.html&sg_g=34a609c6f3812853ca5a5619da021b4e&_csg=34OQl7EnI7hIo¬ice=DO-NOT-DISTRIBUTE-THIS-LINK
You can go to fnf.com and look for someone with oversight on escrow and settlement services and file a complaint with them. You can mention that you are going to take this matter to the press and to local TV stations' consumer reporters. That might bring you a more rapid solution.
Good luck.

Re: servicelink billing
We've had challenges knowing how to submit bills to Service Link. LSI looks like a dream compared to these guys.
We've called a person named Adam....submitted our spreadsheet to him for the month and we got paid on everything but one. Then that payment showed up about a week later.
LSI has a great back office system. ServiceLink has a clugy way to access docs based on the loan number and what department it comes out of and then their billing is atrocious as well, not being automatic like LSI's.
Good luck....we had a good experience with Adam.

Re: servicelink billing
I've never had a problem with Servicelink. I have their billing instructions on file and follow them to the letter. I just received a check from them today, which I submitted the invoice less than two weeks ago.

Re: servicelink billing
It took me awhile to get used to Service Link's billing system, but now that I know how it works, I have had no problems whatsoever. I love signing for Service Link. I have a few people in accounting that have been absolutely wonderful to work with and have helped me out when my checks got messed up. It is usually because the closing coordinator forgets to add your print fee on. If you would like their names and their e mail addresses, please pm me.

Why are you distributing a link
that ends with the words "DO-NOT-DISTRIBUTE-THIS-LINK"?
This looks like it was a survey request from them that you responded to, and leads to the end of some survey that was probably only intended for you (all those codes in there may actually identify you to them...)
The other suggestions, however, are helpful. Any trick that can move the slow/no payers to step it up a bit are always appreciated by the folks who are chasing their money.

Re: Why are you distributing a link
Mike,
I have had no interactions with them personally. I took the link directly off their website.

This sounds kind of crazy to me...
......you have never even worked with them and you are telling people to go to the press and the local tv stations to get what they deserve when all they need to do is just contact someone in vendor billing at Service Link and let them know there was a mistake on their check. Service Link is awesome to work with and they will make sure they get it taken care of right away.

How does one finally get through to Vendor Billing or
Vendor Management or whatever it's called? Hung up twice today because I couldn't hold on any longer. Just sayin ...
Too much work for the money.

Service Link - Never Again
Disorganized last minute mess and can't get paid. Make all of these demands yet don't bother to pay on time. If you do finally reach an actual person, usually rude and unhelpful, can't wait to get you off the phone and refers you to yet another number where you hold on indefinitely.
That's been my experience.
It's almost laughable.
