Good Evening

I notice you replied to my comments in regards to Admin procedure very negatively. I'm not surprises, however before you send such comments, I advise you to take a few minutes to llok up the subject. I was amazed that a notary could preform such a task, so I became EDUCATED on this subject and became move involved, I was truly amazed on how I can impact my community on which I served.

If you still doubt what im saying you can Google Admin procedure which was an act in 1933 then became law in 1946 under Pres Roosevelt. Also I can show you Reconveyances that I have done across the country. Were doing BIG things here in the NYC area and across the country.
I walk the walk and talk the talk, fell free to call me if you like so I can educate you on this important subject, have a great evening

Regards'

You can quit sending me P/Ms

you said "I wanted to inform all Notaries across the country, YES you are empowered to do a Notarial Process to assist homeowner from Bank Fraud and YES help your clients get their property back from Greedy Banks with FULLY EQUITY and NO MORTGAGE. "

Maybe you HAVE been successful with this in NY - but this is NOT true nationwide..all notaries are NOT "empowered" to do this..in fact some states actually prohibit notaries from doing this - if you'd done the research as thoroughly as you said you did you'd know that.

Newbies, do not listen to this person..one size does not necessarily fit all. Research your own state laws and see if you ARE truly authorized to do this..then learn from your own SOS how to do it - not from this self-appointed mentor.

Your Spelling And Grammar Are Atrocious!!!

No offense or anything Bert.....but I find it very hard to take you seriously when you have such horrible spelling and grammar. I can't even understand what you are trying to get us to do. None of this garble even makes sense to me.

Anytime I see grammar and spelling errors like this,

It reminds me of those pesky Nigerian scam letters....Is this a side business for you?

Since the original poster appears to be an active notary and not a drive-by spammer, I'll try to offer a substantial response, as best I can since I have never been asked to do this kind of stuff, and would steer clear if I was.

One activity that seems to be involved in this process is the notarial protest, which most states allow; it's in the Uniform Commercial Code (although each state adopts it's own version, so each state's version can vary slightly). The only instrument that is eligible for a protest is a negotiable instrument for money, such as a promissory note that starts with "Pay to the order of" or a check. The so-called negotiable instruments used by people trying to sneak out of debts and taxes are imaginary and have no basis in anything but wishful thinking.

Another activity amounts to verifying that certain information was placed in an envelope and mailed to a specified person or company. While this might actually be a useful activity, and there might even be some merit in having legislatures give this power to notaries, I have not yet heard of a state that authorizes this as a notarial act.

I would never take an acknowledgement from a person asking for these tax & debt sneak services because either the requester is involved in illegal activity, or the requester does not understand the nature of what he or she wants to acknowledge.

Here from the OP...and this is the part that notaries should

NOT be involved in IMHO

"help your clients get their property back from Greedy Banks with FULLY EQUITY and NO MORTGAGE"

Also seen these attempted to dodge property taxes and federal income tax...

I steer clear - and strongly resent the pronouncement that "notaries nationwide are empowered to do this"...

No p/m's from the OP please.

Re: Here from the OP...and this is the part that notaries should

If this is a "notary protest" (which is what it sounds like, because there's nothing else that even comes close to what a notary can do in every state except maybe LA), you're not gonna get rich doing this in NY, which is where the OP is located. The maximum fee for a notary protest in NY is 25 cents, plus 10 cents for each of no more than three follow-ups. There's a reason for that - the whole concept of a notary protest is obsolete in today's financial world, and the NY legislature never got around to removing it from the list of things that a notary is authorized to do, so the fees have stayed as they were over 100 years ago..

If you actually google the "administrative procedure act", it's immediately obvious that this is just another take on the notary protest scam that has been used by "patriots" to try to avoid legitimate debts. The argument (if it can be called that) is probably that these agencies have somehow violated their own rules, and therefore there's some "process" where a protest can be made.

Any notary attempting to do this may be in violation of both federal and state laws - the best you could hope for when (not if) you get caught is the loss of your commission.
