Did one for her and had difficulty being paid. Called title, she mailed check immediately. Did a second closing, she paid me immediately. Pays well.

Yes one and the same

She uses a company out of Texas for phone and scheduling purposes. I tried her last month again but when docs were 3 hours late I turned it back. Need to follow up on payment.

Easy enough to work for ..... and they will pay ..... just don't get in a hurry for your money. She gave me 3 closings within about 2 wks ..... met my fee ...... but it took 61 .... 101 ..... 136 days (and a few threats) to get paid. So don't say you haven't been warned.
