Chase Loans
There has been a lot of talk recently about Chase loans and their rediculous forms. I did a Chase loan this morning and there were no instructions and no forms to fill out. The assignment came from TRG, I've done work for them before and I can't open and print the forms from their website so I call and have them email them to me and they do. That has happened before, I've never been able to open and print the forms from their website. The only unusuall in this package was two name affidavits and two signature affidavits for both the husband and the wife ( 8 notarizations) 114 pages and went smoothly.

Are you using IE to download their files?
My default browser is Chrome and it is not compatible with TRG's web platform. Even with IE it takes a long time for the larger files to open.

Re: Yes, internet explorer
I have the same issues with the TRG site Buddy. Have to have them e-mail me the docs as well after several tries to their site. Are you using a MAC like me? I think I remember a note at the bottom of their site that says they are not compatible with Safari or Chrome.

Re: Yes, internet explorer
I suggest contacting Google and asking if there is a way to emulate that you are using IE, rather than Chrome. My husband says in Linux that this is possible with some browsers. Maybe some of the other techies in this group will be able to explain if this is possible.
