D&T Signings - CA

Received a call at 9 PM tonight from D&T Signings 714-557-4192 - he was looking to book an 8:30 AM appointment for tomorrow morning. I declined, as I was not home and told him I could not check him out on NotRot, and also I told him it was too last minute for me to accept from a new-to-me company. He got angry and argued with me - saying how repuatble his company is and how he works with Fidelity National Title, etc. His attitude was enough for me to know that saying no was the right thing.

My experiences with last minute scheduling with new-to-me companies has almost always been disasterous. I accept last minute only from companies that are already established with me.

Just for kicks, I did a search for his company here on NotRot but couldn't find anything much and some of it was old from 2004. Anyone have any updated info?

and "nonpayment" kept coming up. Fidelity may use him, but then Fidelity also uses Sox. You think Fidelity cares if he pays us?

I don't know why they are not in SC.

I found mixed reports and 435063 posts is mine.

a couple folks p/m me reporting good experinces so I took a chance and as I said I was paid in 20 days, paid $110 for avg package, close to home.

Not referring to anyone in this thread but I find myself wondering if someone yells thief alot, should I listen?

I only had the word of Janet Berger on this little guy, and he calls me all the time...I finally placed his number in DNWF DAWG. As are X, ND, Insured, etal...saves a lot of time...

Any one who stands on their head trying to get you to work for them is probably someone you don't want to work for.

I still say Joey Le in a THIEF. He owes me for a signing I did for him many years ago (07-13-2004) The signing was completed without any problems, and the loan funded. Joey (the thief) just kept the money. I have no reason to lie, and I can prove what I say. If he ever pays me I’ll let you all know.
