Docs arrive at 12:45 for my 12 pm signing. But

they are not for my 12 pm signing. They are for my Monday, 10/22 signing. You have to love it. GMAC docs always days in advance....

I just turned back a Wells Fargo that has been

rescehduled three times already - no docs! They wanted to push back the time for a fourth time and I told them to re-assign to someone else.

I am hoping this comes through. Mainly because I have a day of signings that are all within 8 miles of my house. Of course this will be meaningless if they cancel. LOL. However, my 3 pm is 1.3 miles from me and I have the docs.. I can't believe it. I think they must have called me for this one by mistake. LOL.

Closing at 1..Cancelled at 12..I have a 3pm No docs..Also have a 6:30 No docs..But I do have docs for 8 and 9 am Mon..

I quit counting how many closings I turned down today because of scheduling and not feeling comfortable that I would get docs in time..The few I took seemed safe..Wrong..And now I have been waiting and waiting!!

Maybe next week I will double book and maybe it will balance out..ugh!
