ENotary Pro
I would stay away, pays the first few closings to get you going but one of the worst signing companies in the business for non-payment.

Enotary Pro- Boca Raton, FL. I have done several signings for Uri this year.. He has always paid me on time within 4 weeks or sooner.
Everyone has a different experience with some companies.. This case might just be an isolated incident.
I hope you are able to resolve your issue with them.

Yes, a good company. Uri is very nice and if you ever have a payment issue you should contact him immediately. He has had some bookkeeping issues in the past that continue to haunt him, and is more than willing to fix any payment issues, just needs to be made aware of them in order to do so. I was paid in 2 weeks last time, but they normally pay at 30 days plus mailing time.

I agree he pays fairly quickly, and IMO Uri is easy to work and talk with!

I just did my first one for them. They paid me via paypal--immediately. I would work for them again in a heartbeat.

I thought so, I agree he paid the first 20 or so closing in a timely matter but payment slow up until nothing. No reply to emails, phone calls and no payments. I read on a few other boards other notaries had the same issues.

It took 4 mos and multiple e-mails with multiple excuses to get him to pay me. Ironic that the day I finally posted something about it, Uri contacted me and said he was sending the check (and he did, that time).

I have done two jobs total for Uri. The first one he paid at more than 60 days when he had agreed to net15. That was after multipl calls and emails.
I gave him another chance in November, and I still have not gotten paid. Sent a polite email at 30 days past due with copy of invoice and have tried calling. Still no payment and NO response. Nonpayment of vendors is not acceptable or professional. While Uris is easy to "work" with during the process of closing, that does not make up for VERY late payment. The loan has closed, so he has gotten paid, and even if he hasn't it does not matter. He is responsible to pay - my agreement is with HIM and eNotary Pro, NOT the bank or seller/borrower. Bookkeeping i also NOT an excuse.
I'm too busy to spend this much time trying to collect. Next stop will be the courthouse to file small claims.

Don't waste more time and money at the courthouse - a judgement can be ignored. Just adopt a policy of PayPal in advance on all work except for those with a A+ BBB rating OR a great feedback history 4-5 stars after over a dozen feedbacks. YOU pay in advance when you order something, why do you extend credit without KNOWING the party at the other end?
