Empire closing in FL

Any recent experiences with this company, Jack just called me for a closing??

Any G/B/U would be gladly appreciate it, I found one bad one against him since May this year, and he is blaming the notary of course.

Thanks

He called me in late December 2012 for a last minute closing 1 county away. He met my fee and was very nice on the phone -- so nice, in fact, that it set off some redflags for me. I did some research and found 2 Empire Closings, one active and one inactive, both apparently him but at different addresses.

This research was done after I accepted the closing and I went ahead and did it anyway. I called him the next day and he explained his situation (relied on the wrong person to file his annual report; State of FL charges more to reactivate a corporation that missed the filing deadline than to charter a new one) and again, was very nice. So, I gave him the benefit of the doubt.

The check arrived today. Paid in less than 30 days. I give him at least 4 stars. Yes, I would work with him again.
