The question shouldn't be whether or not they pay extra for faxbacks. It should be whether you charge for them. It's your business and your decision.

No, not really. The issue is, not question, if you charge fee for faxback and SS or TC does not pay, you do not do the signing.. Or you do and accept their terms. In the case, of FASS,, they do pay for Faxbacks, $15.00. Send an email as someone already posted.

Yes they do. Send an email to them with the FASS order number to the fass1 email address letting them know you faxed back documents.
