Did you check them out (Goggle)? If they're one of the

"foreclosure rescue" cos. that require an upfront fee, those are illegal. Sometimes they're looking for a legal loophole to get the foreclosure overturned in court, too. I personally don't tough any of that with a 10-foot pole.
