Hey, titleguy_ny

I just revisited your post (Msg #437884) of two days ago, mostly because I was curious as to how it all ended. For some inexplicable reason, your post, which was a typically lame, fishing expedition newbie post (how do I get started? what do I do? how do I drum up business? any tips on cutting my teeth? how do I get paid? how do I invoice? please tell me everything so I don't have to do any work myself) generated a wealth of amazing, invaluable information from a number of knowledgable, premier notaries.

This included links to one of the best descriptions ever on how to conduct a signing, a complete description of preparing a business model, and an analysis of the current notary market and profession, all of which came from veteran notaries sharing years and years of experience and knowledge. None of which they needed to do (and rarely do) and none of which any newbie (especially you) really deserves because you all need to study and research these questions yourself, not just have the answers handed to you on a silver platter. Still, many generous notaries, notably Janet K and Treasure Valley Notary, freely offered their wisdom and advice based on years of experience. In fact, it was one of the best and most comprehensive responses to a newbie post ever.

Yet, instead of a profound thank you for this generous outpouring, you were an arrogant ingrate, lecturing us on how we should be thankful for people like you and branding us as a bunch of whiners better suited to some other (unnamed) vocation. You are so blind that you can't see you were handed a gold mine of information, which you just spit back in our face. It's clear you are completely unprepared for the world of an NSA. I think you should stick to your RE funding job. Or did you treat the people there with the same disdain you treated us? Guess that's why you're looking for a new job ...

As I said in Plain English

As a notary I would expect you would be able to read, however if you missed it or were otherwise unable to understand it, I did say thank you, I sincerely thank you for your answers, however, I dont appreciate your condesention or insults. SO here goes again.....
THANKS FOR THE ANSWERS......
You can take your insults and stick them where the sun does not shine
my only hope is that if you are ever looking for some answers in the future you get the same 3rd grade nonsense.
AGAIN!!! Thank you for the infomation
As for the whining, well, I guess you just proved your point there....
Walks like duck...
quacks like a duck..I guess you know the rest
The truth is sometimes unpleasant and cuts too close to the bone...
If you hit me I hit back,,,sorry if you can't understand that
AGAIN!!! Thank you for the infomation
THANK YOU
THANK YOU
THANK YOU
And a sincere thanks to ALL who gave their time in response to my questions without the insults and condesention. Its been an huge help...
lets keep this up it's kinda fun!!!!!!

Gosh, titleguy, for once you're right, It is kind fun. With your every post you just keep digging yourself in deeper. Eventually you will go away, though. Your type always does.

We are ALL very very impressed with you
Yes I will eventually go away because I will be too busy for this nonsense, but it has been fun
Unfortunately your type never goes away.....
You continually keep re-appearing

Suggested gifts for you for Christmas:

1. Thicker skin
2. Dictionary/thesaurus
3. Better sense of humor

BTW, nobody pays much attention to Hughey's arrogant attitude.
Look at egotist in the soon-to-be-gifted dictionary: you'll see his image there.
We just let him bloviate.

Correct spelling of the word I think you're trying to use:

condescending

con·de·scend·ing/ˌkändəˈsendiNG/
Adjective:
Acting in a way that betrays a feeling of patronizing superiority.

<<<I think turning gas to liquid results in precipitation ???...>>>

Another way in which condensation occurs is on hard surfaces, such as during the formation of dew. Water condensing on a glass of ice water, or on the inside of windows during winter, is the result of those glass surfaces' temperature cooling below the dewpoint of the air which is in contact with them. Air being a gas.

oops my bad

your right on the spelling error but i think I got my point across and thats what is important to me at least.
As for thicker skin and sense of humor, believe me this stuff is really just comic relief.

I think turning gas to liquid results in precipitation ???...
Not sure, but there are plenty of self proclaimed experts on everything that post here to correct us
Any college professors or attorneys that think they know everything out there??
