How would you fill out

the following Notary statement:

I,____________A notary public in and for said county and state do hereby certify that__________
personally known to to the same person(s) whose name(s) _______subscribed to the foregoing
instrument as his/her free and voluntary act.

I know how to fill it out, except I do not personally know them. Iam going to ID them by D/L. Should I strike this and change wording. Signing is not until later today.

Cross out "Peronsally known" part

add language at end - or an ID stamp if you have one.

I cross out "personally" and insert "proven" so it reads "certify that _____________, proven to me to be the same person whose name ..."

At the end I then print "and who provided <<whatever>> as identification" - (required in our certs).
