Still no check. I just sent an e mail via their website letting them know that if I do not have a check in my hands by Friday, November 2, 2012, I will have no choice but to take legal action against them. They have received payment from the title companies for work performed by their notaries but they have either not paid us, or have paid us with bounced checks. They have a long history of doing this to the notaries they get to work for them and a court of law just may look at this as theft by swindle.
Is anybody else out there owed money by this company?
