Call the Title company and contact the Ohio Attorney General's office. They are in Ohio. Don't let them get away with it. I'm not going to let them get away with it. I contacted Title, the AG and the LO. Title refused to pay me. The LO called me back and said that he talked to Title and they are going to send me a check. You know, maybe Title companys don't realize it but when they use a fraudulent company like Insured Closings, they are also complicit in defrauding notary's as well as other Title companys. In other words, Title companys are also commiting fraud by using a fraudulent company, like Insured Closings. Tell the Title company that you will report them also to the Attorneys Generals office if they don't pay you. You know, Insured Closings is not only defrauding Notaries, but Title companys as well. They re collecting money from Title fraudulently. Don't let them get by with it.
