InterCap Lending

Just finished printing docs for signing today where lender is InterCap Lending.

Loan package alone was 160 pages. Escrow, 11 pages. Instructions from SS, 22 pages. Luckily, I asked the right questions and SS did inform me InterCap packages are usually about 160 pages and they agreed to additional fee.
