Inter bank Loan Docs

Does an experienced Notary know if we fill out the Certificate of Compliance With Document. The verbiage starts with I, _______have reviewd loan number xxxxxx made by INTERBANK MORTGAGE COMPANY. Then it has the names of borrowers boxes to check for disbursement of interest. On the very bottom there is a VERIFICATION.
