LSI frustration

Never received docs for 11:00 signing this morning. Emailed and called them several times with no response whatsoever. Their voice mail system hangs up on you before you can leave a message. Called the BO to let them know I wouldn’t be coming and they said nobody from title or the lender had contacted them either. So sad that people are treated this way. Very unprofessional. Seems this formerly excellent TC is headed downhill fast.

Yes, I have the number and extension. When I call, the answering system says "please leave a message. Thank you. Goodbye" then hangs up without allowing you to leave a message.

not sure if your transaction would be with the LSI east office (PA) but their # is 800-348-1004 and then you choose the option for loan doc status for the lender it is with. Usually there is an email address on your confirmation that you can try for doc status. Usually LSI is right on the ball but at EOM all bets are off. Not entirely within their control, but I agree, some follow up would be good.

usually on the confirmation is the closing coordinators email addy and they always reply and there is the 800 # with options 1-7 depending on lender. hang in there.

I finally got a package last night and one for today. I'm almost afraid to confirm with borrowers. Seems like the unprofessionalism of not calling us to let us or the borrower know that the closing has been postponed is spreading like wildfire.

Yes, same thing with me but had an 8:00am on Tuesday. No docs or calls. Left message because it was before they open Ca. time.They called around 2:30pm and rescheduled for Thurs. (this morning) still no docs again at 8 am. Left message at LSI no return call and borrower was furious when I told him I had no docs. Still haven't heard anything and its 5:30 pm. But they are still calling with signings!
This is unusual for them. Last Friday they gave me a signing for 7:30 but docs were late and already had a signing @ 8:30 so docs came as I was walking out door. Did after 9:30 and got in late. They told me they were slammed!
